It is local church that is part of the Victory family of Churches. This family of churches is a pioneer, grass roots, apostolic and prophetic movement with a strong church planting heart. It is dedicated to reaching as many people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ as is possible before His return, fullfilling the GREAT COMMISSION.

Victory Church is one of the many church “streams” that make up the River of God. All those who are “born again” Christians belong to the universal church of Jesus Christ. As a fellowship of Christians we are one part of the Lord’s universal church.

Craig Buroker – Times of Refreshing

Craig Buroker and his wife, Anne, have pastored Southside Victory Church since 1992. The focus of Craig’s ministry changed in 1996, after he was strongly touched by God in revival meetings, as God began to pour out His glory and reveal His desire for intimacy with His children.

Craig now travels full-time, while still providing oversight to Southside Victory Church, ministering on intimacy with God, prayer and intercession and what the Holy Spirit is doing now through the release of the prophetic.

Times of Refreshing is an extension of Craig's calling to spread the hunger and fires of revival by every possible means. Craig graduated from Rhema Bible College in 1985 and entered into full-time ministry shortly after that time. As a gifted pastor, worship leader, preacher, and teacher Craig has an anointing and a prophetic mantle through which many have come to know God in a greater way, and to be changed by Him.

Victory Church in Asia - Al Purvis 

The Purvis family became involved in missionary work in 1982. At that time they were active members of Evangel Assembly Church, home of Teen Challenge, in Grand Prairie, Alberta. In congregations all around them they helped with children's ministry, preached in bible studies, led worship, and took every opportunity to serve God in any areas needed.

They became fundraisers for Aid & Development World Missions Canada,to start a home in Thailand for children orphaned by the Vietnam war. After sharing the vision time and again with people all across Canada, Al & Terry soon found the vision had become their own, realizing they were the ones God should send as parents of the children's home.

Victory Churches in the Congo - Pastor Amisi and Rebeca Uwezo

Pastor Amisi Petemoya Uwezo oversees numerous churches in the D.R. Congo and is currently working on obtaining his diploma by correspondence from Victory Bible College.  He was ordained in 1999.  Pastor Amisi married his wife, Rebeca Kebe Uwezo, in 1980 and has eight beautiful children.
He is dedicated to carrying on the Victory Church vision to every province of D.R. Congo, Rwanda and the neighboring countries.

Victory Churches in India - Jey and Lizy Jeyaseelan

Dr. Jey and Lizy run several ministries in India including Slum Schools, Orphanages and Sewing Schools.
The slum schools provide children with food, necessary medical attention and an education.  With this help the slum children will be better equipped to have a productive life outside of the slums.

Orphanages provide a safe place for the orphaned children where they are able to be fed, loved and educated. Dr. Jey & Lizzie Jeyaseelan hope to open more orphanages in the near future

Sewing schools have been set up so that young girls and women can learn a trade by which they have a means of producing income.  This income is often used to pay for dowries and therefore prevents bride burning.  These women are also learning to work with oil paints and hand work.  This will help them produce oil painting and hand works for sale.

Victory Churches in Cambodia - Joel Reimer

Joel is an amazing guy with an even more amazing story. We will never forget the night he came the Three Hills and blessed all of us with not only his story, but his humility....
